PUBLIC ADVISORY
The Philippine Embassy in Copenhagen wishes to inform the public
that effective Monday, 14 January 2019, the Embassy shall be open
for consular services provided previously by Honorary Consul General
Poul Krogh who will be ending his term on 13 January 2019.
The Philippine Embassy will be open to the public from 9:30AM to 12:00
PM Mondays to Fridays in its temporary office at Lyngbyvej 20, 1st Floor,
2100 Copenhagen.
The Embassy will be providing the following consular services:
1. Notarization of Affidavits\Oaths\Sworn Statements
2. Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
3. Authentication of contracts (Au Pairs, etc.)
4. Certification, civil registry (Reports of Birth, Marriage and Death)
5. Temporary Visitors’ Visas
6. Travel Documents
Pending the availability of the data capturing machines (DCMs), the
processing of e-passport applications will be announced in due time in
line with the official opening of the Philippine Embassy in Copenhagen
when it becomes fully-operational.
Passport applicants are advised to submit their passport applications at
the nearest Philippine Embassy (Oslo PE and\or Berlin PE) in the
meantime.
